Renovation of warehouse into retail & office complex
NW Lovejoy from 13th to 14th Avenues, fronting the Portland Streetcar line.
Addition of interior 2nd floor; transformation of blank wall concrete panels into storefronts and windows; addition of upper balconies; conversion of truck docks into plaza and fountains; construction of pedestrian walkways; addition of basement specialty bar.

Completed Spring 2006.
