Before and after pictures show this building as it was in 1927, along with two subsequent renovations. This historic building was dilapidated had lost all character for the neighborhood. This renovation provides fresh and neighborhood friendly potential restaurant, cafe and retail spaces.
Renovation is underway and is scheduled for completion in September 2014
